TIMETABLE 2024 FÅRÖSUND - GOTSKA SANDÖN
(Download timetable here) <<<<<<<<<<<* Passage 2 hours 15 min. The boat normally traffics the route Nynäshamn-Sandön-Fårösund and back. Depending on the weather, there may be time delays along the way.
* Note that week 26, 27 and 28 the boat traffics the reverse route (se departuretimes), so during these weeks it is possible to go on a day trip from Fårösund. This can be done only during these three weeks.
* Passengers shall show up by the boat for check-in according to the times below. Departures from Sandön can vary both in time and location. Therefore, on the day of departure, it is posted on the islands notice-boards what applies to the return journey.
* All baggage is loaded by hand by the passengers, so the maximum allowed weight per unit is 15 kg. The number of units is unlimited. Bulky goods (bicycles, surfboards, etc.) costs SEK 300 per unit and is payable at boarding.
* Bring provisions for a couple of extra days (not those making a daytrip).
* Note that in case transport between ship and shore must be done with rubberboat, the timetable can be displaced one or a couple of hours at the end of the day. The main rule is embarking/disembarking via gangway at Las Palmas on Gotska Sandön. Weather decides.
